Privacy Policy
- You get the number in writing well before move day — no last-minute figure sprung on you at the door
- 7 trucks, one yard, and every single mover on them draws a paycheck from us
- Up to $1M in cargo coverage travels with the load, no matter where in San Diego County it's headed
This page explains what information A Perfect Delivery collects when you request a quote, book a move, or simply browse this site, and what happens to it afterward. We’re a moving company based in Pacific Beach, not a data or marketing outfit, so the short version is: we use what you send us to plan and run your move, and we don’t sell it.
Information we collect. When you submit the quote form or call our office, we collect your name, phone number, email, move dates, and the addresses involved in the move. If you browse the site without contacting us, standard technical data — browser type, pages visited, general location — gets logged automatically the way it does on nearly every website.
How we use it. Move details go to whoever is coordinating your job, usually the office and the crew chief assigned to your date. We use contact information to send quotes, confirmations, and reminders, and occasionally to follow up after a move to ask how it went.
Sharing. We don’t sell, rent, or trade customer information to third parties for marketing. Information is shared only where it has to be — an insurer in the event of a claim, for example — and never beyond what that specific purpose requires.
Cookies and tracking. This site uses standard analytics cookies to see which pages get used and which don’t. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to any part of the site.
Your choices. Ask and we’ll tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it, short of records we’re required to keep for insurance or tax purposes. Reach the office at [email protected] with any request or question about this policy.
Updates. This policy gets revised occasionally as the business changes. The version posted here is always the current one, and continuing to use the site after a change means you’ve accepted the update.
